2021 PubPass Sneak Peek: Part 2
Once the covers are ready (if you missed that part of the process, check out our first sneak peek post), they're sent to our friends at Point B. We've gotten the question before, "why don't you just have Studio on Fire print everything?" It's pretty simple, at SoF they focus on specialty printing like letterpress, foil stamping, and packaging. In order to print the insides or "guts," you need a company that does 4-color printing. And we're fortunate to have found a great partner in Point B, where not only can they take care of printing the guts, but also binding and cutting. (Also worth mentioning that as a fulfillment company they do a helluva lot more than that...they can print on just about any product you can think of).
Since we had some great video of the covers getting printed, we asked the Point B folks to take some of the binding and cutting as well. Check it out:
We got our hands on some samples last week and immediately took them over to to the brewery for a quick photoshoot. Enjoy!
